At Bijan Rugs, we use our state of the art facility to hand wash each rug individually. Rugs go through a several step process starting with a detailed removal of all dust. We then use organic chemicals to protect the colors and the fiber content of the rug. We use specific organic chemicals for different types of stains, such as pet stains, wine stains, color runs, and food stains. The rug is then dried in natural sunlight. This process also helps to eliminate odors and keeps the fibers soft. We are able to provide both pickup and delivery service.

We have a full time staff member who specializes in re-fringing, rebinding, and reinforcing any problem areas on the rug. We also provide expert re-weaving.
